Conrad Property Management Inc. is all about providing the best in Property Management solutions, but we are also all about giving back to the communities we serve. We value not only our landlords and tenants, but the communities they are connected to, which is why we actively participate in multiple organizations to help better our community. We strive to be a positive force to our residents and are proud supporters of giving back, so we put tremendous value on taking a stand and making meaningful contributions.

  • We are proud to be a member and President’s Circle Platinum contributor of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA). AAGLA directly advocates for the rental housing industry by taking action in the city, county, state, and federal government to better serve the rental housing needs of the public. Because we manage multi-family properties, we are especially interested in serving the rental housing needs in a fair manner in order to benefit both our landlords and tenants.

  • We also actively donate our money and time to Habitat For Humanity because we believe everyone deserves a home to live in. Habitat For Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization that works in a number of different ways to create affordable housing for people all over the world. Habitat For Humanity aligns with our belief that everyone should be able to find an affordable apartment or home, and supporting this great organization means supporting this same belief, not just for the Los Angeles area, but for people all around the world. Our employees believe in this core value and volunteer locally to build housing for the less fortunate.

  • NBCUniversal’s Discover a Star Foundation supports local organizations and projects that help empower individuals and families to lead more productive and fulfilling lives and has provided financial assistance to over 65 nonprofit organizations. We are proud to be a supporter of such a proactive foundation that provides real change to the communities we work and live in. Our CEO, Matthew Conrad, worked for NBCUniversal and spent many years volunteering for this organization. He knows first-hand how passionate NBCUniversal is towards making a positive impact on the community, especially children and families.
