THE APPLICATION PROCESS

To apply, please follow the steps below:

Have payment for the application fee of $45.00

E

Provide 2 copies of a valid form of identification

E

Provide three years of residential history, as well as landlord contact information for rental references

E

Provide information on your monthly income*

E

Fill out the full rental online application

*Most property owners require that the applicant’s combined gross monthly income is at least three times the amount of monthly rent.
