We use a variety of resources including online rental sites, MLS listings, flyers, internal prospective tenant waiting lists, our website, newsletter blasts, local print ads, local business message boards. We also arrange showings of the property to pre-qualified prospects.

                                           Preparation for the Rental Market

We inspect and evaluate your property, making recommendations to best prepare your property for the rental market and for achieving the optimal rental rate. We arrange and supervise the completion of any approved upgrades, maintenance, or repair items. 

Determination of  Rental Rate/Sales Value

We perform a professional market analysis of each property using traditional and contemporary methods to assist you in determining the optimal monthly rental rate and sales value. We provide each client with detailed, fully customizable monthly statements itemizing all income and expenses, as well as year-to-date totals. As our client, you will have access to hundreds of additional reports to be added to your statement. We also provide year-end summary reports suitable for use in preparing your taxes, along with any applicable IRS Form 1099.
